Inbound
Drag in a customer order — PDF, scanned image, Excel, or a ZIP of any of those. Inbound auto-detects the customer, applies the trained template, and produces a tab-separated row ready to paste into the WestRock import.
1. Define a customer template
Set the constants (Company, Plant, Customer Code) and upload 3–5 sample PDFs from that customer.
2. Label the fields once
Click words on the sample to tag them (Item Code, Qty, Due Date, PO Ref). Train the CRF — runs locally on CPU.
3. Inbound learns and extracts
New orders auto-route to the right template. Edits in the review queue feed back into the next training run.
